About Dink n Drive

Dink n Drive (dinkndrive.lovable.app) is a web app for organizing pickleball round robin tournaments. Organizers create tournaments for 2–16 players, post live scores, and use SMS to send sign-up invites and next-match notifications to the players they add.

Program description

The Dink n Drive SMS program sends transactional notifications related to tournaments you participate in or organize, including sign-up invitations, next-court and partner alerts, and tournament status updates.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive SMS in one of two ways:

  1. 1. Self opt-in

    While signed in, add your own mobile number on the Profile page and check the consent box reading "I agree to receive SMS notifications from Dink n Drive about my tournaments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

  2. 2. Organizer-initiated invite

    A tournament organizer adds your mobile number to their player list and triggers a one-time sign-up invite. The first message identifies the sender and links to this page; you must reply or click through to confirm before receiving further tournament notifications.

The consent checkbox on the Profile page is the primary opt-in surface and is shown alongside a link to this SMS Terms page and to our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency & volume

Message frequency varies based on tournament activity. A typical player receives roughly 4–10 messages per tournament they attend.

Estimated program volume is approximately 2,000–5,000 messages per month across all users.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out & help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email support@dinkndrive.app.
