Dink n Drive ("we", "us") operates the Dink n Drive web app for organizing pickleball round robin tournaments. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account info: name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign in.
- Tournament data: players, scores, courts, and results you enter.
- Phone numbers: numbers you add for yourself or players you invite, used solely to send SMS notifications related to tournaments and sign-up invites.
How we use phone numbers & SMS
Mobile numbers let tournament organizers send transactional SMS notifications — sign-up invitations and next-match alerts — through our messaging provider, Twilio. You will only receive messages after a tournament organizer adds your number to a tournament or you add it to your own account.
We never sell or rent your number.
Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio to deliver messages you've consented to receive. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency, opt-out & help
Message frequency varies based on tournament activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
Data retention & security
We retain your account and tournament data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated phone number at any time by contacting us.
